We were in the branch at Feldmarksee. There the ice cream parlor shares a terrace with a self-service restaurant. The ice cream parlor is also only self-service. The service staff is very friendly, the selection of ice cream cups is very large and the ice cream cups chosen were large, very decorative and very, very good.

Great and above all very tasty ice cream. Clean and cozy ice cream parlor. Now in winter time there are also very tasty waffles and crepes. Very good service, nice staff. I can only recommend.

For years in Sassenberg on vacation and daily ice cream is a must here. Unfortunately, Hagen doesn't have such a good ice cream parlor. All varieties top. You get big balls for a fair price. Please keep.

I can't judge how the ice cream tastes at the moment, as the unfriendliness of the wait staff has made me lose my appetite. Customer friendliness looks different !! When there was misunderstanding about the windshield and face mask, the waitress said: "Do you think I'm deaf." and "Porca". That is not how it works. Was there last time.

The conditions probably had a bad, unfriendly day, it's a shame that as a non-smoker you have to sit outside in the smoke and you are not separated. But the ice cream is really delicious.

Best ice cream parlor in the world! I especially like the "Bacio" variety - but actually all varieties are really delicious. The service is always great, the waitresses are nice. I like to eat ice cream here.

My favorite ice cream parlor around here. We also tested the field office at Feldmarksee. The Bacio variety tastes sensational. Pistachio is too tasteless. That could be all.

Best ice cream far and wide. Many delicious varieties, nice ambience and always friendly service. ZANELLA is a MUST with us !!!

We are only visiting the Münsterland for camping, but we were here every two days for ice cream ... and there is really only one thing to say MEGA LECKER. Should we go on vacation here again, the Zanella ice cream is a must!
